Joe is a set designer, technical director and a company member with Griffin Theatre since 2012.

His design work has been seen at Griffin Theatre since his very first professional production of The Constant Wife. He has designed many other productions for Griffin: Titanic, Spelling Bee, Flare Path, Punk Rock, No More Dead Dogs, Port, How I Spent My Last Night on Earth, and served as Technical Director for Spring Awakening and Burnt Part Boys. 

Elsewhere his design credits include productions at Lifeline Theatre (The Count of Monte Cristo, The City & The City), Theatre Wit (Completeness), Seanachaí (The Seafarer), Strawdog Theatre (Duchess of Malfi, Master and Margarita, Richard III), Sideshow Theatre (Idomeneus, The Ugly One), Eclipse (Beyond the Horizon, The Trestle at Pope Lick Creek) and more.

Joe currently works as the Technical Director at Lifeline Theatre. He studied set design at Northwestern University and has received two After Dark Awards and two Jeff Nominations for his work as a scenic designer.
